Our APCO Wagga store is busier than ever, and we're looking for a Café Manager who can help lead our café team, keep operations running smoothly and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

What Your Role Looks Like
You'll support the Store Manager with all thing's café operations, including:
* Being a hands-on leader across busy shifts — from crafting great coffee to supporting customers, keeping food replenished and coaching the team.
* Energising and guiding the team to provide friendly, consistent and high-quality service.
* Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering and general café administration.
* Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming café environment our customers love.
* Upholding food safety, hygiene and APCO standards at all times.

About You
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced café or hospitality setting and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll bring:
* Previous leadership experience in a café, fast food or hospitality role (2+ years ideal).
* Strong barista, customer service or café operations skills.
* A positive, hands-on attitude and strong communication skills.
* Great organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
* Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, afternoons and rotating weekends.
* A genuine passion for supporting people — both customers and your team.
