About Our Corporate Services Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves undertaking business, data management and corporate service activities to achieve the outcomes of the business unit.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative services across the business unit, participating in the implementation of regional priorities and initiatives, and supporting the delivery of human resources, including recruitment and selection, induction and separation.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have knowledge and experience managing specific operational needs of human resource management.

As a Corporate Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager Guidance Services team and contributing to the delivery of high-quality administrative support to our large and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing support with the delivery of human resources, including recruitment and selection, induction and separation.
* Supporting the delivery of financial activities, including procurement, purchasing, grants allocation and budget expenditure.
* Assisting in the planning and implementation of regional priorities and initiatives that support the streams of work within the business unit.
* Coordinating, administering and supporting communication activities associated with regional priorities and initiatives.
* Managing the preparation and dissemination of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, planning documentation and correspondence.
* Undertaking a variety of committee support activities, including providing support for meetings and preparing agendas, papers and minutes.
* Developing, maintaining and enhancing administrative systems, processes and procedures, including records management.
* Communicating confidently with internal and external stakeholders, structuring written and oral communication to ensure clarity, and responding to all enquiries in a courteous manner and within appropriate timelines.
