The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, this role plays a critical part in the daily performance, compliance, and development of gaming operations.
You will be deeply involved in gaming systems, reconciliations, analysis, and implementation, working closely with gaming technicians and key stakeholders to ensure operations run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly at all times.
This is a practical, sleeves-rolled-up role where your technical ability and operational mindset will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily gaming reconciliations and performance analysis
* Hands-on management of gaming systems and back-of-house operations
* Supporting gaming floor renovations and system upgrades
* Working closely with gaming technicians (critical to success in this role)
* Ensuring compliance with:
* NSW Registered Clubs Act
* Gaming legislation and regulatory requirements
* AML and Responsible Gaming standards
* Assisting with system improvements, data integrity, and reporting
* Following structured operational checklists and processes
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a gaming back-of-house or similar operational role
* Strong IT or systems background, including exposure to:
* Gaming systems
* Cabling
* Databases
* Strong Excel capability, including:
* Advanced spreadsheets
* Database-style builds or coded logic (highly valued)
* Experience supporting gaming renovations or system changes (highly regarded)
* A hands-on, self-motivated and operational mindset
* Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn
* An open, adaptable attitude with a genuine desire to progress into a more senior role over time
