About the Role
This part-time position is rostered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional additional shifts to cover leave.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming residents, families, visitors, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing visitor check-ins and maintaining security processes
* General administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning and correspondence
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies
* Assisting the management team with basic administrative support
About You
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Professional presentation and warm, approachable manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous experience in reception or administration (aged care or healthcare experience highly regarded)
