As Business Manager, you'll take full ownership of Cadia's operations in your state – leading sales, strategy, operations, and team performance. You'll drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and champion a culture of safety, service, and success.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with key customers, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational excellence from order to delivery.
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
* Execute Cadia's business strategy and growth plans
* Identify market opportunities and drive innovation
* Lead key commercial decisions, negotiations, and partnerships
Sales & Customer Growth
* Own the state P&L and deliver on revenue and margin targets
* Lead a customer-first sales culture focused on solution selling
* Build and manage strong relationships with major contractors and project partners
Operational Excellence
* Ensure efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations
* Drive improvements in delivery performance, service levels, and cost efficiency
* Work with supply chain teams to manage stock availability and demand
Safety, Quality & Compliance
* Lead by example in safety and compliance
* Maintain and improve safety culture and HSEQ standards across sites
Team Leadership
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, commercially minded team
* Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service
* Manage rosters, budgets, and team development using Jaybro Group's people frameworks
Financial Management
* Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control
* Identify and act on opportunities to improve profitability
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in a commercial, operational, or sales-focused role
* Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and driving growth
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A safety-first mindset and passion for team development
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries (preferred)
