You'll join a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic outcomes and shape the future of the AP function.
Description
As Group AP Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, and driving transformation. This is not just about managing day-to-day processes - it's about setting the vision for AP excellence and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Your remit will include:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a roadmap for AP that aligns with organisational objectives and supports the broader P2P cycle. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and championing best practice. The role oversees a team of 10 FTE.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardise processes, reduce complexity, and embed automation. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that deliver cost savings, improve turnaround times, and enhance user experience.
Performance Uplift: Create and implement reporting and dashboards that provide accurate, timely insights - both at a glance and analytically - to enable data-driven decision-making.
Change Management: Drive cultural transformation within the AP team, fostering agility, accountability, and collaboration. Manage ERP optimisation projects and harmonisation across multiple systems.
Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring compliance with SOX, PTRS, and internal controls. Strengthen governance frameworks to mitigate risk and prevent fraud.
