About The Role
We're looking for a Broadcast Media Buyer to join our Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave cover. Reporting to the Broadcast Media Lead, you'll manage, optimise, and analyse TV, audio, and OOH campaigns to drive profitable growth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage media buying, collaborate with Creative and Production teams, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Buy, optimise, and monitor TV, audio, and OOH campaigns
Support planning and provide feedback on media proposals
Maintain media trackers and manage budgets/reconciliations
Negotiate short-term deals and manage media partnerships
Collaborate with Creative, Production, and other Media team members
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
About You
Minimum 2+ years' media buying experience with strong TV expertise
Experience with online video platforms (YouTube, Facebook, BVOD) a plus
Skilled in TV platforms (Spectra, MediaWise/Optim8, TVmap, eTAM)
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with digital buying tools (DV360, Campaign Manager) preferred
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and analytical skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proactive, accountable, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment

In-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
Sippy Downs HQ (Sunshine Coast)

Fortitude Valley office
Located at the corner of James St and Ann St, close to public transport and Brisbane's best dining and retail.
Please note: this role requires at least 1 day per week in the Sippy Downs office.
