Benefits of Joining Our Team
In this role, you will have access to a range of benefits, including comprehensive admin support from day one. This includes assistance in navigating software programs, following up on client payments, handling referrals, sending welcome emails, acquiring client agreement forms, and preparing intake paperwork.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in fortnightly peer consultations, offering optional group supervision, and professional development opportunities. Additionally, you will receive streamlined and efficient therapy processes/systems, allowing room for feedback and improvement. Cancellations are scarce, as you will have a waiting list.
Our team has built a reputation for establishing a holistic approach for our clients, which in turn has maintained our referral flow from like-minded professionals. This includes local dietitians, GPs, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals. We also offer mentorship for early career psychologists, providing guidance and support to refine their expertise gradually within their chosen areas over time.
We are looking for psychologists who are experienced (3+ years) in administering and report writing for autism and ADHD assessments for adults. You must be fully registered with AHPRA as a psychologist, with endorsement desirable but not required. Provisional psychologists may apply who are 2-3 months off obtaining full registration.
