As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function or platform.
You will have the opportunity to be a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to drive impactful decisions. Your insights will contribute to problem‐solving across multiple areas, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results.
* Design and implement technology solutions tailored for HR systems.
* Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications.
* Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.
* Participate in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls.
* Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities.
Responsibilities include
* You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
* Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business, technical, and non‐functional requirements.
* Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
* Define system components, integration patterns, data flows, and technology standards.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure alignment.
* Create detailed documentation that outlines solution designs and implementation plans.
* Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements. Produce and maintain architecture artefacts including solution diagrams and design documentation. Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches. Support delivery teams during build, test, and deployment phases. Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and trade‐offs.
* Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture and design.
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance solution offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles.
* Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.
* Strong experience designing complex application and integration solutions.
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms, application architectures, and system integrations.
* Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience producing clear and concise architecture documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and delivery considerations.
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

* Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
* Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidate must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance.
