Join our dedicated team as an experienced Nurse In-Charge or Registered Nurse Grade 5 at mecwacare O'Mara House, a beautifully renovated 67-bed aged care facility in a peaceful, tree-lined street in Traralgon. Surrounded by lush gardens and a striking central courtyard, O'Mara House offers a warm, homely environment with bright private rooms, ensuite bathrooms, and scenic views. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the Facility Manager and key stakeholders, residents, and their families to oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes (O'Mara House, 67 Beds). This role is supported by the Facility Manager and specialist teams in Quality, Learning and Development, and AN-ACC, all of whom assist in championing continuous improvement in the clinical care of residents.

What you bring:

* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with ongoing clinical skills
* Ability to mentor and guide Registered Nursing team and Carers in clinical care
* Proven leadership skills to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Standards, and AN-ACC documentation requirements
* Mature outlook with the ability to relate to older people
* Ability to meet the requirements of 'Key Personnel' as defined in the Aged Care Act
* Autonomous response and timely decision-making skills
* Infection Prevention and Control Lead (IPC Lead) qualification or in progress
