We have a permanent part time position available within our Home and Community Support Services team, providing in‑home personal care to clients across Freemantle and the surrounding suburbs.
Wednesday 10am-3pm, Thursday 10am-3pm and Friday 10am-3pm
About The Role
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Engaging in social activities as required.
* Domestic assistance / housework.

* WA Drivers licence
* First Aid & CPR within the last 12 months
