Payroll Administrator – Energy Division

About the role
Monadelphous is an ASX-200 company specialising in multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. As a member of the Energy division, you will support the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works, contributing to the success of our high‑profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality administrative support to the team through coordinating payroll, invoicing, timesheets, and monthly claims.
* Ensure each project is set up efficiently using forms, registers, reports and databases, and implement new processes to improve efficiencies where possible.
* Assist in the production of the weekly payroll for various projects by collecting, entering, cost‑coding and auditing payroll data and preparing it for submission.
* Ensure established procedures are followed accurately and carefully.
* Respond to requests from customers, suppliers, divisional services and the project team with high value.
* Co-ordinate payroll, invoicing, rostering, and training administration.
* Provide support to the Payroll Administration Lead.
* Generate and update reports and handle payroll queries and leave requests.
* Travel may be required to onshore Oil and Gas facilities.
What you'll bring
* Experience with Resources industry is desirable but not essential.
* Dynamics 365 experience (desirable).
* Project administration experience (desirable).
* Timesheet entry/payroll experience.
* Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation.
* Ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
