About the Role
We're recruiting for our client, a respected Australian investment firm, seeking a D365 Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and support of their Dynamics 365 platforms. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business process analysis and D365 solution design
* Facilitate workshops and user journeys to gather requirements
* Provide functional support across teams and troubleshoot issues
* Collaborate with analysts and users to implement system enhancements
* Manage risks and apply mitigation strategies using RAID
About You
* Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service & Insights
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in data migration/integration into D365
* Exposure to Power Platform tools and SQL is a plus
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience
