**The Position**
Trident’s integrated services team at **Sunshine Plaza** delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers - at the Customer Service Desk or roaming the centre
- Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
- Issuing Sunshine Plaza gift vouchers
- Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre (e.g., wheelchairs, scooters)
- Liaising with centre management and tenants
- Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives
**Skills and Experience**
You will have:
- Excellent personal presentation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective listening skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
