**About the Company**
This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Research and Insights Coordinator to perform project coordination and support activities to contribute to coordinate key projects designed to amplify the voice of customers and drive the user experience strategy.**About the Role**
- Coordinate and manage framework to improve engagement.
- Coordinate the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience.
- Coordinate data development, analysis, interpretation and reporting projects and activities that assist strategic service delivery objectives in line with NSW Government reform directions and legislative requirements.
- Progress the development and improvement of national indicators and data that compare performance across Australian jurisdictions.
- Brief executive and other stakeholders on issues related to national reporting and the performance of NSW compared to other jurisdictions.
- Use research, customer voice and insights to influence decisions and actions across the department.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in a social science or related field that includes data analysis and statistics.
- Experience in working with data related to social services or a similar field.
- Meets the focus capabilities for the role, in accordance with the role description.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
