About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing Brisbane team! In this role, you will provide evidence‐based therapy to clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, we will provide the support and professional development you need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring clients receive tailored Speech Therapy services that are individualised, person‐centred and strength‐based in line with the values of our service delivery model.
* Providing a high standard of service for clients with both communication needs and dysphagia management/mealtime management needs.
* Collaborating and being a part of an allied health multidisciplinary team.
* Working with a varied caseload of adult clients aged 16 years and over.
* Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
* Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques.
About You
* SPA‐registered Speech Therapist (or eligibility for registration).
* Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy.
* Passion for client‐centred, evidence‐based therapy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* A proactive and innovative mindset.
* Strong commitment and professionalism to customer‐centred care.
* Highly motivated and a positive attitude.
* Current driver's licence.
