Project Manager Role
This is a permanent position for a skilled Project Manager to lead our remediation team.
The ideal candidate will drive the completion of this project through planning, management, project controls, and financial/commercial management.
Liaising with key site personnel, both internal and external, is crucial to ensure effective allocation and implementation of labour, materials, and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive the completion of this project through planning, management, project controls, and financial/commercial management.
* Liaise with key site personnel to ensure effective allocation and implementation of labour, materials, and equipment.
* Evaluate deliverables against project specifications, budget, and schedule.
* Manage subcontract procurement, including negotiation and adherence to subcontracts.
* Prepare, track, and report monthly performance, including financial, program, and quality metrics.
* Analyse and justify any variances.
* Regularly review the financial performance of the project and provide innovative solutions to reduce costs or add value.
