Front Office Team Leader Opportunity
This is a 7-month parental leave contract position.
About the Role
The Front Office Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team across all areas of the Front Office, while supporting and coordinating with other departments.
* Supervising and supporting guest arrivals, departures, and the overall guest experience
* Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the Front Office team to excel in their roles
* Assisting in driving financial performance by managing budgets, rostering, forecasting, and upselling
* Coordinate and support valet parking services
* Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry with strong Front Office expertise and a Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A guest-focused mindset and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
* Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and First Aid, or an ability to attain
* Must hold a current full Australian or International Driver's Licence
