School Profile
SchoolHouse is working in partnership with a Government Department of Youth Justice. The Youth Justice Centre is committed to equity of educational opportunity for all – "A Chance to Learn". It caters to boys' aged 15‐21 years, who are part of a remand facility. They present diverse backgrounds and experience, with some having a form of mental health, disability and/or behavioural disorder. There is a high turnover of students, with most staying less than 3 weeks, and a portion remaining for over 12 months.

Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education) etc.
* Current NESA accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
* Ability to register with the Department of Education (which can be fast tracked upon offer)
* Dynamic professionals who can build rapport, display resilience, and show compassion and empathy towards working with students in unique situations
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Motivation and passion to work with and support young boys on their journey through secondary education
* Enthusiasm and flexibility with ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
* Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
