Werribee Mercy Hospital is seeking a motivated and experienced Midwife Educator to join their Learning Team. The team is committed to providing quality education by empowering Nurses and Midwives in the public health sector.
* Registered Senior Midwife or Nurse/Midwife with AHPRA registration
* Relevant post-registration qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of contemporary midwifery issues
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Innovative approaches to problem-solving
* Recent Clinical Midwifery Educator experience across the full scope of midwifery practice

About the Opportunity
The Clinical Midwifery Educator will collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education to develop and implement innovative clinical education and training programs.
The successful applicant will be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
