- Job Responsibilities- Drive and improve sales results and performance to meet sales targets
- Manage distributor relationships in your designated area
- Actively call on end users to promote total company products
- Develop and execute customer sales plans
- Assist Product Managers on market surveys
- Establish plans to grow sales with existing customers, in addition to growing sales with new customers
- Partner with end users and distributors to identify new opportunities
- Project work from time to time
- Maintain a high standard of ethics and consistency when dealing with fellow employees
- Any other duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
- Job Requirements- Have a Trade certificate or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Trade background and at least 5 years' experience in an Industrial Sales position
- Must have excellent knowledge in welding and cutting processes and associated equipment/consumables
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar sales role - selling within the industrial market
- Skills/Knowledge:
- SAP
- Salesforce or similar CRM
