Position Overview
We're on the lookout for a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help us create lasting customer experiences. You are the heartbeat of our Optus store.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of amazing individuals empowering them to shine.
Operate daily retail operations, ensuring the store is always welcoming and operational.
Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, leaving them with a lasting smile.
Assist with onboarding new team members and provide them with the tools and knowledge to surprise & delight customers.
Qualifications
Experience in a retail environment and a strong understanding of innovative practices.
Excellent customer service skills; customer service is an art form you've mastered.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful and well-informed decisions.
Results-driven, charismatic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports their team to be the best version of themselves.
