* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* A high level of professionalism, discretion, and organisation
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative and personal support to the Proprietor
* Liaise confidently and professionally with customers, resolving issues promptly and effectively
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
* Maintain and update documents, correspondence, and digital records
* Relieve as cashier when required
* Monday to Friday with some overtime during busy periods.
* Wage is well above award
