* Presenting strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board and Finance Committee
* Leading a significant finance systems and process transformation
* Strengthening controls, governance and compliance frameworks
* Developing and mentoring an engaged finance team

About You
You are an experienced finance leader with a strong blend of strategic capability, operational acumen and leadership presence.
* Proven executive finance leadership experience
* Strong commercial and business partnering capability
* Experience leading teams through change and transformation
* High‐level stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong governance, reporting and risk capability
* Ability to influence operational leaders and drive accountability
* CA / CPA qualification
* Prior aged care experience strongly preferred
