Our Trade Services team is a diverse team made up of skilled carpenters, painters, plasterers, tilers, concreters, handypersons, and trade assistants that work collaboratively to deliver high quality, safe and cost-effective outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Tiler to join our team based from our office in Port Augusta, working throughout our Western Country region.
This is a fantastic chance to start your career in tiling while learning from experienced tradespeople. You'll be involved in a variety of residential works from small maintenance jobs through to full refurbishments and gain hands-on skills across multiple projects and sites.
This role will provide you with valuable on-the-job training, support to complete your apprenticeship, and the opportunity to play a part in delivering essential services to the local community. Standard working weeks are 38 hours Monday to Friday, with some daily and occasional overnight regional travel required.

You're motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. You'll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, an interest in building a long-term career in the construction industry, and always value the safety of yourself and others around you.
You will be:
* Willing to listen, learn, and follow instructions from qualified tradespeople.
* Comfortable working in a team and contributing to a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to develop the skills needed to meet agreed timeframes.
Essential Requirements:
* Current driver's licence (or working towards).
* OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card) – or willingness to obtain before starting.
* Successful completion of a pre-employment medical including Alcohol and Other Drugs screening.
* National Police Check.
* Commitment to undertaking a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling apprenticeship.
* Provide your own tools (You will gradually build your own kit throughout the apprenticeship).
