About You
* Prior experience as a Senior Conveyancer
* Have a magnetic personality and love nurturing relationships
* Proven experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
* Excellent understanding of the Queensland Land Title Act and associated legislation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
