Warehouse Associate
A little bit about the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including breaking down pallets, manual lifting and picking and packing orders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Engage in various warehouse duties such as breaking down pallets, manual lifting and picking and packing orders
* Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted every day
* Work on making sure all checks are carried out on MHE daily
* Ensure all processes and procedures are followed at all times
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for your colleagues
* Use a collaborative approach and make positive contributions to our team culture
* Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers alike
Requirements:
* Be willing to work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm
* Physically fit and able to conduct repetitive tasks, with lifting of freight up to 20kg
* Reliable and punctual with an excellent attendance record
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a team environment
* A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
* An LF forklift licence is advantageous for this role
