Your Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development, supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings.
* Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement.
* Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
* Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
* Contribute to service development and research initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
