Claims Service Consultant
The role of a Claims Service Consultant is to manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a timely manner and maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
* Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
* Strong attention to detail
* A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
