Marketing Executive
The role of Marketing Executive is to spearhead demand generation and commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
* Lead the development and execution of brand experiences, campaigns, and content programs that attract, engage, and convert business customers.
* Ensure marketing delivers efficient lead generation and measurable pipeline contribution, underpinned by a clear understanding of how brand and performance work together to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
* Translate business growth targets into marketing initiatives with clear key performance indicators (KPIs) across awareness, demand generation, conversion, and retention.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable commercial outcomes and are aligned with business priorities.
Requirements:
* 8 years' experience in marketing roles, preferably within Telco, Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy industries and partially/totally on B2B market.
* Proven track record of delivering digitally led, commercially accountable marketing campaigns that drive measurable sales, demand generation, and ROI.
* Full-funnel marketing expertise — with an appreciation of how brand drives performance.
* Strong analytical capability with experience in ROI modelling, attribution, and funnel optimisation.
