We are seeking a skilled On Demand EUC and Network Support Specialist to provide technical support under an on call/casual model across client locations in Australia.
This role is ideal for those with experience in desktop support, end user computing, smart hands engineering or field engineering. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical assistance to clients across various regions.
* Incident management: Responding promptly to service requests and incidents related to EUCs and networks
* EUC maintenance: Performing regular break-fix tasks including install move add change IMAC activities upgrades troubleshooting hardware replacements etc
