We're now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.

At Swan Reach & District Kindergarten, our small community-focused program reflects the values of our local families.
This role would suit an educator who enjoys building strong relationships and bringing creativity and connection to a small team environment, that is focused on collaboration.
Role Details:
Lunch Cover Diploma Educator
Lunches – Monday, 12.00pm – 2.00pm. 2 hours per week.
What You'll Do
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:
* Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
* Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
* Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
