About the Role
* The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with participants and their communities, delivering individualized mentoring and case management support in prisons.
* Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing barriers to employment, referrals to services like training, housing, health, and community support, developing personalized Job Plans with participants, and liaising with local employers for job opportunities and placements.
Requirements
* A current Police Check.
* No custodial sentence.
* A Working with Children Check and Vulnerable Persons Check.
* A Driver's License.
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for empowering others.
