Offer description

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring operational and administrative efficiency within our company.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and update client records in the database
* Perform other administrative duties as required
* Reading and interpreting regulations

Qualifications

* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in GSUITE and other office management software
* Ability to adapt to changes and work in a rapid‐paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits

* Work from home

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends

Supplementary Pay: Annual bonus, Performance bonus

Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
