Job Title: Infrastructure Project Lead


Overview

As an Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects across various locations.

Our team is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.


About The Role

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including earthworks, inground services, FRP, and pavement works.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
* Manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop solutions, and improve project outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
* Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

* Tertiary degree in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience gained on construction, engineering or associated projects.
* Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Advanced financial management skills, including cost reduction and meeting budgets.
* Development and delivery of process and/or product system audits and schedules.
