A private equity–backed global organization focused on connecting people with meaningful opportunities is seeking a Head of B2C Marketing to lead customer acquisition strategy across Australia and selected international markets. Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns focused on driving awareness and initial engagement. Leading a small team, you will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital media, partnerships, brand campaigns, community outreach, and performance marketing. You will balance strategic leadership with hands‐on execution, using data, insights, and innovation to optimise acquisition outcomes and identify new ways to reach diverse consumer audiences at scale.
You bring senior B2C marketing and customer acquisition experience with a track record of delivering measurable customer acquisition in fast‐paced, consumer‐focused environments. Commercially minded, you combine analytical thinking with creativity and are comfortable leading small teams and multi‐market campaigns.
