Job Overview
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms to meet our high standards of cleanliness and propriety.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
* Vacuuming and dusting rooms, public areas, and hallways.
* Restocking supplies, including towels, soaps, and literature.
* Inspecting rooms and reporting any maintenance deficiencies.

Requirements
No formal education or training is required, but you must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. throughout your shift. You'll also need to be able to push, pull, and move levers, equipment, and furniture, as well as work with arms raised above head throughout your shift.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of this job include lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering fully loaded maid carts through hallways and into closets. You'll also need to be able to identify minute debris and dirt in poorly lit areas and read written instructions and computer print-outs.
Environment
You'll be working in an indoor climate-controlled environment, but will also be exposed to excessive heat and humidity in the laundry area. This job requires prolonged strenuous physical activity, so you'll need to be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
