About This Role
This is a highly skilled role that requires coordinating end-to-end property marketing campaigns to achieve maximum exposure and attract potential buyers.
* Supporting sales agents throughout the entire sales process, including administration, campaign coordination, listing preparation, marketing support, client communication, and contract management.
* Working with photographers, videographers, stylists, and tradespeople to ensure properties are market-ready within strict deadlines.
* Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Producing and distributing marketing materials across print, digital, and social media channels.
* Managing and updating property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Requirements
This role requires a genuine passion for real estate and proven experience in administration and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be proficient in using technology to manage data and tasks.
