You will:
* Provide high‐level executive, confidential, and day‐to‐day administrative support to the Principal and Leadership teams
* Coordinate meetings, committees, agendas, minutes, action lists, and associated documentation (including out‐of‐hours meetings)
* Manage calendars, appointments, travel, correspondence, databases, and electronic record systems
* Act as liaison with staff, government bodies, community groups, and stakeholders on behalf of the Principal
* Coordinate College reporting, planning documents, publications, honour boards, and official College records
* Support College operations through effective staff communications, and coordinate annual school photos
