With Southeast Queensland entering a massive delivery phase ahead of Brisbane 2032, there is an unprecedented pipeline of infrastructure, transport, development sweeping across SEQ.
This role gives you the opportunity to command your patch, owning high-profile portfolio of customers, building a commercial stronghold in a booming market. Key Responsibilities:
* Execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
* Build and deepen relationships with key customers to secure loyalty and future opportunities.
* Identify and capitalise on market trends and large project tenders, including Tier 1-3 infrastructure projects.
* Lead pricing strategy and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Drive innovation and collaboration across internal teams to deliver solutions for your clients.
About You:
* Sales or account management experience in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
* A track record of success in major project tendering and managing high-value client portfolios.
* Confidence working with Tier 1-3 clients and navigating complex commercial landscapes.
* A self-starter mindset, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
* Tech-savviness with tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
