Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Job Description:
Schedule and implement patching and deployment of new and end-of-life systems in a 24/7 production environment with minimal impact. Monitor emails and logs, backups, network gear, and vulnerability scans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate in IV in Information Technology
* Good Windows knowledge & experience
* Good Microsoft Office / O365 knowledge and skills
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Good PC and Server Hardware knowledge
* Experience with Cisco network devices, wireless networks, and type-1 hypervisors would be highly regarded
