Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Leading by Example: Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
2. Mentoring and Coaching: Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Store Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader who possesses:
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Prior experience in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Ambition to take on new challenges and grow within the company.
* Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (or as discussed with Manager).
* A valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
* A passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.
