Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Finance Business Partner & Revenue Manager at Auburn Hospital. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality financial insights and business support to hospital executives and management.

* Classification: Health Manager Level 3
* Remuneration: $64.12 – $72.84 per hour
* Hours: 38 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the finance and revenue department.
* Collaborate with senior management to achieve financial goals.
* Support budgeting, financial analysis, and performance reporting to meet organizational KPIs.
* Assist in embedding business principles focusing on safety, quality, and service improvement.
* Drive revenue optimization, including patient and non-patient revenue, through partnerships and monitoring tools.

Selection Criteria
* Qualifications in management, business, or accounting, with extensive financial management experience.
* Experience in financial business partnering, analysis, and data reconciliation.

* Experience managing revenue services and developing financial strategies aligned with operational priorities is desirable.
