Our organization seeks a highly skilled Reservations Manager to lead our hotel reservations team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial inquiry to arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize expertise to guide daily reservations operations
* Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new team members, equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge
* Effectively allocate rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and business demands to ensure exceptional stays
* Process secure payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy
* Offer personalized room upgrades and suggest special amenities to elevate guest experiences
* Maintain accurate reservation records to monitor room availability and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs
* Provide prompt assistance in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignments
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Senior Guest Service Agent, or Reservations Team Leader
* Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities
* Proficiency in utilizing reservation and property management systems
* Able to multitask, work under pressure, and think critically to address issues or concerns
