Key responsibilities
* Welcoming patients and their families to the practice
* Arranging appointments in a professional and effective manner
* Managing the appointment book and recall system
* Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
* All administration responsibilities for the practice including writing correspondence
Essential Skills & Experience
* Possess excellent client service skills, communication skills and front desk manner
* Strong work ethic and commitment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Competent in computer skills
* Effective team player
* Punctual and reliable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
