**Hey You**
As an** Individual Support Services Organiser**, you will be the first point of contact for rostering and enquiries for clients and support workers for the provision of individualised services. You will be facilitating the provision of individual supports to clients by working with the client and the workforce engagement coordinator to identify and establish a care team; schedule shift times; respond to daily communication from clients and staff and update/make changes to rosters. Have performance feedback conversations with frontline staff. Assisting with the development of individual support plans, risk assessments and other admin tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience/exposure in rostering procedures and carelink rostering systems;
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment and prioritise tasks effectively;
- Ability to implement person centred approaches to service delivery;
- Administrational experience;
- Excellent phone manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Disability/Aged Services or experience in the field of human services or equivalent;
**Ideally you will hold, or be able to obtain the following**:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card with NDIS Endorsement
- Current and Valid Australian Driver's license.
