This high-performing, tight-knight Eastern Suburbs real estate agency is looking for a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator with a positive, hands-on attitude and a passion to be involved in all aspects of marketing. Here you will find the opportunity to grow and take ownership of the marketing side of the business. Taking the initiative to bring ideas to the table that will help attract talent and new business, seeing where there is an opportunity for us to differentiate ourselves from other agencies, and ensuring we stay ahead of the game when it comes to promotional and marketing activities will be highly valued in this role.
The Position
- Coordinate all property and agent business marketing
- Manage and book sales advertising campaigns in multiple outlets
- Signboard bookings, installation and uninstallation
- Prepare marketing schedules
- Coordinate photography, brochures and floorplans
- Organise Just Listed / Just Sold letterbox drops
- Auction night preparation and assistance
- Coordinate all in-house marketing tools
- Ensure compliance of our brand both internally and externally
- Liaise with PR and Social Media agencies to coordinate marketing, advertising and PR activities to promote our business
- Coordinate events, community engagement, seminars and webinars
- Industry awards submissions
- Assist with preparing and executing marketing strategies to promote agents, property listings and sales, and the general company
- Manage social media / digital media strategies (video, FB, Insta, Linkedin)
The Person
- Previous experience as a real estate Sales/Marketing Coordinator is essential
- Hold a valid NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Marketing and Communications degree or similar qualification would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills
- A creative mindset and someone who is full of initiative and ideas
- Knowledge of design/marketing programs such as InDesign, Canva, CampaignTrack, Photoshop etc.
