* Conduct assessments: Perform comprehensive risk assessments and design bespoke commercial insurance packages.
* Negotiate terms: Secure the most competitive terms and premiums for clients by negotiating with insurance providers.
* Identify opportunities: Spot and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the services provided to clients.
* Maintain records: Keep detailed client records and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry regulations and trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Who are they looking for?
* Experience: Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Commercial Insurance Broker.
* Client relationships: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Negotiation skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure the best insurance outcomes for clients.
* Commercial acumen: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
* Qualifications: Must hold both Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualifications in general insurance.
* Communication skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and insurance providers.
* Technical proficiency: Proficient in using insurance broking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
