Disability Support worker position available to work in the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and South Eastern suburbs. Just Be You Health Services is a Registered NDIS Provider looking for reliable and compassionate support workers to join our organisation.

You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting participants with community access, social activities and wellbeing.
* Encouraging independence, choice and inclusion
* Supporting the participant with daily living activities ensuring their environment is safe hygienic and supports the promotion of their independence
* Supporting the participant with emotional, cultural and spiritual needs
* Supporting the participant interests and rights to actively participate in the community and make choices suitable to their needs
* Record progressive case notes at the end of each shift

· Strong communication and relationship building skills
· Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
· Relevant Qualifications
This is a casual & flexible role and you will be required to hold or be willing to obtain:
* Current CPR/First Aid
* NDIS Workers Screening
* Drivers licence/ Car & Car Insurance
* Authorisation to work in Australia
* NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
