You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Expertise:
1. Windows 10 or 11 Admin
2. Intune, cloud, and thick build machines
3. Windows App and Update release information
4. Web applications support (Edge or Chrome)
5. Cloud application support
6. 3rd party applications (Microsoft, Java, Adobe)
7. AppV applications, MS Store Apps, and packaged applications
8. Hardware troubleshooting (laptop, monitor, mouse, headset, phone)
* Soft Skills:
1. Good client management and communication skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
3. Well-organized and detail-oriented
4. Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills
